Shipping Policy

Delivery Times:

• Italy: Average delivery time: 2-3 days.
• Europe: Average delivery time: 4-5 days.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping time includes order processing and delivery. Shipments are not processed on weekends or during holidays, and no shipments are made on Sundays or other holidays.

Local taxes and customs fees may apply based on the order and the country of origin, for which upvintage.it is not responsible. Refusal to pay these fees will result in order cancellation. All shipping and customs fees associated will be deducted from any canceled and refunded orders.

Tracking service will be provided to allow customers to monitor the status of their shipment.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase. With some clothing being very delicate given its age, appropriate care must be taken with these items. If a fault was not mentioned or shown in the photos of the item, you are allowed to return your item for inspection and refund.

You must return your item with a note referencing your order number and name so we can process the return. We will process your return once it has been received and inspected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds will be sent to your original method of payment. If your item(s) have clearly been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out, or returned to us after 30 days from the purchase date, we reserve the right to not process the refund.

Customers must return their order at their own cost.
